Viktor is certified by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles as a Defensive Driving and Point Insurance Reduction Program Instructor and is approved to conduct the ACCIDENT PREVENTION WORKSHOPS (APW) through the Empire Safety Council of New York. (518-784-5010). He currently holds two classes each month at his classroom/office in Valatie.

Viktor served on the Board of Directors of the Professional Insurance Agents of New York and is a member of several civic and fraternal organizations in Columbia County including active past member of the Greenport Rescue Squad as an Emergency Medical Technician, Greenport Fire Department Volunteer, Red Cross First Aid Instructor and Disaster Action Team member. He currently serves on the Kinderhook Lake Corporation's Board of Directors.

A 1980 graduate of Empire State College, S.U.N.Y., Viktor earned a B.P.S. degree in Insurance and Real Estate from 1982-1993 taught courses on property and casualty insurance as an Adjunct Instructor at Columbia-Greene Community College, Hudson, NY and Ulster County Community College, Stone Ridge, NY. Viktor is a frequent lecturer on insurance and recently addressed local high school driver education classes and several Business Law classes at Columbia Greene Community College. He is currently an Adjunct Instructor at Bryant & Stratton College. Albany, NY (518-437-1802) teaching Insurance and Real Estate Licensing and Continuing Education courses. Viktor has also written articles on property insurance for a regional news and leisure magazine.

Viktor also conducts Notary Public Workshops throughout New York State and recently earned the Certified Notary Signing Agent designation from the National Notary Association. He is an active Mobile Notary and operates a successful Mortgage Notary Signing Agency in NYS. As a licensed NYS Real Estate Broker and former Principal of the House Finders Real Estate Brokerage firm, Viktor is currently teaching the 75 hour NYS Salesperson and Broker's Licensing Course at the Knowledge Network in Albany, NY. He is writing his first consumer buyer's guidebook on purchasing policies of protection from the Internet entitled "FEAR MERCHANTS".
